Refund & Returns Policy

The purpose of this Refund & Returns Policy is to inform you of your legal rights as a customer, as well as Fire & Fable Studios’ obligations as a business operating in Australia. The information below explains your right under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as well as how we handle refunds, returns, replacements and exchanges for our physical and digital products.

Consumer Guarantees
Goods (including digital products) must be of acceptable quality, be free from defects, be fit for its intended purpose and match any provided descriptions. If a product or service does not meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy, depending on the circumstances.
Physical Products
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If a physical product you receive is damaged, defective, unsafe or incorrect you are entitled to either a replacement or a full refund. Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Change of Mind
At our discretion, we may offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for a change of mind. Conditions for change of mind returns include:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Please note that change of mind refunds are not required under Australian Consumer Law.
Digital Downloadable Products
Defective Digital Products
In the unlikely circumstance that you purchase a digital product that is defective, can not be downloaded or can not be properly accessed, you are entitled to a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund.
Under these circumstances, we may ask for details or screenshots to help diagnose the issue.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Return Shipping Costs
If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
